I fixed the problem by myself. Just added a exemption for the easy view program in my nvidia control panel.(screenshot)
now easy view works with my system.

Got some problems with Easy View 2. I want to start the program but it crashes directly after hitting the menu item. i add some screenshots from my system to give you some additional infos about my video card. it seems that this problem already exists long time ago.
