Re: (1222-006) Bug ? Effects : line shape should have 2 points

Well, I can't be the job of (simple) user to report such tons of (significant) bugs - to invest mass of time. I just wonder, that maybe not everybody uses all functions of the software. I had to finish the show I planned with this system (during the work I unfortunately wished to use an other, ready...

Re: (1222-006) Bug ? Effects : line shape should have 2 points

It's funny, you've posted here 3 Bugs as a volunteer beta tester, in the past 2 days, I've noticed a nearly 45 Bugs, especially in the processing of steps and so on... Nevertheless in the generators / effects, there a nearly on every settings bugs, things that are not working. Wondering if the peopl...

DASLIGHT CRASHING - YES! My (KISS) solution

I was angry the last days about relying on this software, inspite of the great ideas behind, but, at least for this moment, and hopefully not for ever, a poor realization for Mac, after working on 10 groups, several scenes per group, I encountered CRASHING (after deleting, saving), strange problems ...

Re: CRASH! CRASH! BAD!

After creating the new file, after 8 Groups and about 5-8 Scenes a group it crashes…! (Performing simple operations, like deleting groups, scenes and saving after that). Who ist programming this?

Re: No fading by triggering via BPM?

…no, it does not. At least not on the last beta on a Mac. This was my first thought but this setting behaves like the same as "step". Whatever I select, "step" oder "fade" it's the same. The fixtures change without any fading… "One of these bugs…". Bugs, bugs,...

No fading by triggering via BPM?

Dear all! Following situation: 1. I programmed a step-to-step Animation between PARs, then I modified a fade time between all fixtures, so that they neatly fade from one to the other, eg. in case of an chase. I play this by activating a button, the they are fading. 2. Then I decide to trigger this b...

Re: CRASH! CRASH! BAD!

Is it possible: When I created the file (my show) on an older Beta-Version, and modified it with another newer version, so that mentioned crash problems occur (by deleting a group and saving it immediately)? When I generate a completely new filme, with the same fixtures, everything works fine - the ...

Re: CRASH! CRASH! BAD!

Some strange things happened: 1. I removed the previous version 22.12 from the Mac (Maintenance Tool) 2. I installed it again 22.12 3. I tried to open the old (problematic) file 4. All fixtures, all Scenes were gone!!! So i got an empty file, despite it was saved on an different location as the prog...

Re: CRASH! CRASH! BAD!

Here I'm starting to think that you might not be using the latest version of Daslight 4. Bugs like this have been fixed quite a while ago. Well, so where I can download the right version? I have only the possibilities to go: Website > Support > Download > Daslight 4 Official Are there any other res...

Re: CRASH! CRASH! BAD!

Well, the point is, that this software ist NOT READY (in my opinion) even for a beta status. Lot of things doesn't work as they should. In my opinion the focus should be on a stable, DMX I/O and routing, instead of implementing 20 languages at first… During the last 2 days I sent a nearly 20 reports...

CRASH! CRASH! BAD!

Sorry guys, I've been working with the software a couple of days, planned to use it for a big show, bit I AM DISAPPOINTED! Why are you throwing such a unfixed and unprepared product on the market? Why do you name it "Release candidate"? Is this a joke? It's not funny. I regret that I have ...

Re: Strange issue with assigning MIDI-Faders

Yes, I think this might be a bug in a software, bit I wonder, why this bug hasn't been noticed by other users, either by the software developers. I've noticed this since I use Daslight, this ist for the last 3 Beta-Versions on the Mac. It seems to be a quite got piece of software, but some bugs / is...

Strange issue with assigning MIDI-Faders

Dear all! I might have a strange problem in case of assigning some faders on my MIDI controller.I try to describe it: OSX 10.10.2 Daslight 4 ver. 22.12.2016 Controller Novation Launchpad XL using Faders Show with 1 scene, fixture: Showtec Phantom 50 LED Mk II 8 channel mode, 1 have 8 Faders… Problem...
