Recording not working

Hi, i have installed the latest DVC2 software with DVC GOLD and i can't record a video:

When i try to set my destination file and hit "open" the text box is empty again.

I have tryed with similar nicolodie easyview software and this does not happen. I just can't bridge DVC2 and easyview so i have to use virtual3d simulator.

There will be a new version of EasyView available this week or next week. It will allow you to render a video with any codec installed on your computer. Please wait for this version and let me know if you still have a problem with this

i have the same problem and i download the newest beta version, but i try on the old version of dvc2 and is the same problem.

The new version was released on 13th December. It is in the latest DVC3 and will be in a new DVC2 release we'll upload today

i download the new DVC3 Date 16 Dec 2011 and is the same problem.

It seems like the latest DVC3 build does not use the latest 3D simulator build. I will post the latest 3D simulator here this afternoon.

i will wait for the DVC3 full, because DVC3 beta and DVC2 dosen't work the recording.

I am trying to move completely to DVC3 but the recording is still not working. It gives the message: encountered an improper arguement.
I need to send a video to a costumer. Is this easy to solve fast?
Mind that i am using the video recording mode not the movie recorder where you set the cameras.

video recording should work fine with the simulator included with the latest October beta
