Hi,
we just work with DasLight now a few month and now we want to check, if we also use Sound2Light.
For this we bought a cable, plug it into the mixture and into the phone-input of the PC.
In the audio analiser, I see the right beats.
Must I set new sequences for this Sound2Light? I thought, that I can simply set, which spots will work in this mode and then they do the rest?
Must I also setup more than one step in the sequence?
Best, Marco

if you have moving heads, do not try to sound activate movement as they will never keep up.
If you have scanners these work fine with sound to light.
all colour wheels/ leds etc work well with sound to light triggering.
select your scene button in live mode, right click, second trigger mode sound on cue, (or whatever it is called) top one is Time. this mode works best.

my suggestion is to create a movement scene using the Fx generator, just use a circle effect with 4 points, and a 2-3 second timing.
next create a colour scene with each colour holding for 2 seconds.
right click the colour scene in live mode and select "bpm with step" option. now activate both scenes this will give you what you want.
