Daslight 5 MIDI settings and mapping not saved

I'm just starting with Daslight 5 after using Daslight 4 for a couple of years. I am using ...

• Windows
  Daslight 5 V. 5.0.3.1
  AKAI MIDIMIX

I've got the problem that, every time I close Daslight and start it again, all my MIDI settings have disappeared:

• the general settings (MIDI device, MIDI In/Out)
  the mapping for special fixtures

I found some elder threats in the forum to similar problems, but I didn't find any solution.
What do I have to do?

Make sure to save your MIDI mappings correctly after you've set them up. Find the "Mapping" or "Preferences" menu in Daslight 5 and look for the "Save or Export MIDI Mappings" optionbasketbros. To store your mappings to a particular file or place on your computer, adhere to the instructions.
