Merge (append) scenes

I want to use various fixed position scenes to create steps in a new scene (eg one scene movers facing forwards and the next backwards) I gather in daslight 4 you could select two scenes and it would append one to the other giving 2 steps.

This doesn't seem to be available in daslight 5. Is there a new way to do this (in express)
