Time triggering of superscene

Post by KevinMFX »

Hello,

I have a question. For a event we need to do the same show every half hour, every day and for a couple of weeks! I have made a timeline show with super scene that works very nice.

We have a DVC GZM interface and I have written the show and its time trigger to the memory of the interface. But when i plug in the interface in a usb power supply the show will not start. The display of the interface only shows A--.

Is there something we do wrong :) ?

Thank you in advanced!

Hello,

Your device is telling you that "There's no scene playing in Zone A".
The device zones might be set to "Start on Blackout". This means that every time your device restarts, No scene will be running until something is triggered.

If you want your device to start on the last played scene, you can toggle the switch control features in this image :

Thank you. Another question some related to this.

De shows duration is about 3 minutes. Can I put all the static light connected to DMX on, until the next show starts?

Thank you!

I suppose you would need to create a new static scene that you can play for this purpose.

It seems like you would have to make a fresh static scene that you could use for this space bar clicker

Try checking the connection and settings of the interface again, making sure that all settings have been done properly. If the problem persists, you may need to consult your user manual or contact the manufacturer for more detailed technical support.

This error relates to power supply, memory, or time trigger settings. You can double-check power requirements, reformat memory if needed, wordle unlimited and verify trigger accuracy and superscene activation.
