Software help

Hi everyone, I got a second hand interface but I can not find how to connect it because DVC1, 2 and # can't detect the hardware, I run Win 7 64 bits, I've tried to find the right controller with no succes. Can any of you let me know can I make it work?
I tried to upload an image but I couldn't, inside the interface says: DVCG-4

Hello,

If you try to detect your interface using the software HardwareManager (installed with Daslight4), what does it say ?
If you want to upload images, wrap them into a .zip archive file, and send this archive.

As I do not have serial number is not possible to send the requests.

Hello,

You should be able to open the plastic box (just 2 screws to unscrew) and find the serial number inside.

Seems like I have a similar issue, it doesn't detect the hardware for some reason. When I get back to my Czech real estate https://tranio.com/czech-republic/ I will write to the Daslight support through the website that have been mentioned here. Lets see if it is fixable.
