Hi all,

how can I store fixture profiles even when they still consider errors? It is quite annoying when you can save while working through all those errors of a pre-defined profile.

Hey,

You should have a "Hide error" option in the menu. If you select it, the errors won't be shown anymore and you'll be able to save your file anytime. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it as you might end up with a file containing errors.

i met this trouble right now, and unticking the "hide error" hasn't been enough, i kept not beeing able to save the profil which i was working on. i also had to untick the options in the below list to be able to save

Same here. I do have to disable all check options. Maybe it would make more sense to ask if you really would like to save with still existing errors. Cause you might need to stop working on a profile and finish the profile then later. But this doesn't mean, that you don't want to know that there are issues. My concrete example is the shipped SSL profile for American DJ Ultra Bar 12. I bought this fixture and found that there are quite some things not implemented correctly. Fixing step by step and save in between would make sense to me, as I experienced with the editor version of MyDMX 2.0 of ADJ, that the editor is not the most stable application.

Hide errors ticked and still unable to save?

Any resolution yet?

Just found resolution.

If you untick the errors out of 'check option' this allows you to save!
