Not being rude but ...

Firstly - You should use the ScanLibrary program and create it yourself.

Secondly - You have given no information except what it is called. No links to product ot manual.

I can not know where you can find

Program to ScanLibrary created it themselves.

Program works in DSP files eg. so file can be PR_PILOT1200_22ch_BL10.dsp

What program works with DSP files ?

This forum is to help people who use the Daslight software.

ScanLibrary uses .ssl files.
ScanLibrary is installed when you install Daslight DVC2 or DVC1 software. It will be in the same start menu as DVC2 or DVC1.
The Pilot 1200 fixture is included. both 8bit and 16bit versions.

Are you are trying to use a program called DMX Wizard as that is the only thing I can find by that name.
I have also noticed you have posted on the hi-end forum and possibly others asking the same thing. They will not be able to help either. you need to talk to the people who wrote DMX Wizard.
