no beam for MH z720 Quad LED Wash

Hi,
I noticed that i have no beam with the Stairville MH z720 Quad LED Wash.
I turned on all channels needed (colour, dimmer, shutter).
please have a look at this and i would be thankfull if this issue could be solved!
