Hi

Really need your help.
I am using the latest Daslight updated software ( version security 22 2106). I am using windows 10

I have created my fixture library and all is working great in Daslight.
But when I open the 3D visualizer, I don't see the fixtures: it says "Failed to load the model:/fixtures......."

I would be much grateful if you would help me use the 3D visualizer

Could you please send me your fixture library so we can look into it and find out what the problem is ?
