Hello,
I owned the new Daslight 4 and I think it is a nice software. But I have got two questions: How is it possible to create Strobe effects (for example for all my Fixtures: PAR56, LED-Effect, Moving Heads and so on)? In DVC3 I created an effect and put it on a button in Remoted. When I pressed that button, everything was strobing (but the moving heads were going on). After releasing everything was, like it was before. How can I do this in DVC4? I attached a screenshot from that thing, which I mean.
Kind regards,
Marvin

Re: Strobe Effect (or other effects in Daslight4?)
Hi Marvin,
The way I achieved this in Daslight 4 is creating a new scene with the fixtures strobing, turning it on Flash Mode for the scene and setting Release to Off. In order to keep the heads continuing to move in their current scene, make sure that you don't set any levels for pan/tilt so that the channels are set to Off so they are not overriden by the strobe scene. For any lights that you don't want to come on during the strobe, just set their channel faders to On but zero (or whatever off value).
Hope this helps
