Can if your device is recognised by the HM and what version what version of the HardwareManager you are using? Please can you try and update your firmware using the version below.

Hello, I install Hardware manager but at the time of réinitatilisation, the screen freezes and the interface displays E1. I can only reinstall 1.08 bootload with tools.exe of DVC2
