daslight dvc 3 and 2 often crashed

have a big problem. our Daslight DVC3 crashes often from the current version.
then no longer recognizes the software interface (DMX512) "interface is not detekted" as either from the operating windows 7 64 bit is used .The pc has a DuoCore 2.6GHz 2GB RAM ATI Radeon 9700 graphics card. 1TB harddisk.

on s old system with Windows XP (PC: P4 2GB RAM 160GB harddisk grafic on board (VGA)) and Daslight DVC 2 almost the same thing. For fast image changes (effektbuttens) via MIDI keyboard has the program also often hung (crashed), but the interface has always been recognized when restarting .or after a while (still image) jumped div fader (DMX channels) to the value of 128, for example schutter , dimmer but also pan -tilt
Info Request and help because disturbing during disco operation which is very uncomfortable.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the software (link below) and that the device has the latest firmware.
