Hi and thanks for a great product.
I'm controlling DVC3 with Cubase using LoopBe and MIDI. The scene control is on separate track.
When we stop Cubase and rewind to the start of the bar, a note will be played two times, turning the scene OFF which is undesirable.
Is there a way of stopping a scene from turning off when two consecutive MIDI messages are sent ? The desired result is that the scene restarts when the second message is sent (every time the message is sent).
All help is greatly appreciated
Cheers /Johan
MIDI Control, How do I NOT turn off scene ?
Hi Johan
There are 2 ways in which the scene triggering works:
-each time a message is sent, the button is toggled on/off
-Flash mode, where a note on message will activate the scene and note off de-activate the scene
I'm not sure how well this will work as it may mess up the priorities, but if you can get away with not sending not OFF's from Cubase, you could set your scenes to flash mode and just use note on messages.
