DVC3 512 Interface no connection

Hey there,
i´ve spend a couple of days doing a lot o programming in DVC3. Yesterday I wanted to try out the interface and its functions, but it doesn´t work. I´ve used "MyDMX2.0" before.
I´ve installed the software before connecting the interface. I´ve installed the newest version of DVC3 both on a Windows 7 64bit PC and a Windows Vista 32bit notebook. Neither does find a connection. The driver for the interface starts to install, after it is connected, but after the installation DVC3 says "No interface connected". The red LED is on, also the yellow one. I´ve already tried another USB-cable. It didn´t help. The hardware manager doesn´t show the interface, but in windows it is shown as "Intelligent Usb Dmx Interface (SIUDI9B, 32/64bits)" and windows says that the interface works. So what the hell did I miss???
