Halogen jitter problem

Hi there,
I got a problem with my DVC3 to run a simple halogen bulb.
The light jitters when I try to dim it.
Using my old "Zero 88 Lightmaster XL" control desk provides no jitter.
In both cases I'm using a "Alnetronic DDAB 2013" - dimmer. It is a phasecutting-dimmer.
The channel-fader is on 50%.

Any ideas?
Is the DMX-signal generated by the PC or the interface?
