Hi. i'm using dvc3 with my dvc3 512 interface on windows 7 hp 64bit.
i was just creating a show for my next dj gig, using the 3d visualizer and the daslight software keeps crashing. i'm literally doing nothing that could cause a crash. i have just added some pars and 4 mh's and was trying to prepare a virtual stage. but it keeps on crashing. and this is very annoying. I'm wondering what happens if it occurs live. i'm not sure if i should use the daslight for my live performance... has anyone the same problems?

is in fact in the last relase, while inserting the fixture or even in editor mode, the program crashes.

it happened to me 2 times in Live, and it is a very serious thing.

pls offer a download link to an older stable version of the daslight software.
i need it next month... i paid 350€ for my interface and now i can't use it, that's a big problem...

can you, please send me a scenario that make the software crashes, so I can reproduce and correct the bug.

Is the crash happening when the 3D is not open ?

hi! i don't know how to exactly reproduce the error...
In each case i opened the 3d simulator and was working in edit mode in the daslight software.
but it's only the daslight software that crashes... the simulator stays up...

I'm really desperate right now.. because i cannot reproduce it exactly and i need it in 3 weeks, running stable...

EDIT: haven't tried it yet, with closed 3d sim... Let me check on that...

well not really.. gig went good. although it crashed some minutes before the gig. thank god I safed the project after every step and change I made. and it worked during the event.

But this software doesn't make me feel very safe when using in live performance... I'd appreciate some performance and stability improvements

They almost came to the conclusion to change the system, I'm sorry to say this seriously, Simon his co-workers are very helpful, they are four years that I use this software and we have added innumerable functions together, but every relase there are always problems, the operating system must be crash the program crashes, all its problems. I have always arranged, but frankly I do not care.

I'm seriously thinking of buying something more reliable.

I hope you find a stable solution in the next relase.
