Hello,

my new Interface (DVC3 512 SIUDI 9B) doesn't work. The DMX LED and USB LED flashing, i can't connect with the Hardwaretool and when i'm open Daslight 3, an Errormessage prompt:
ERROR:[XHL] Try to acces to a device than is not open: if device state is closed: you don't open it, or device can be in error state

what can i do now?

DMX and USB LED are flashing...

Same Problem. Just got my new interface which can't be used for anything now...

Hello

On Saturday I changed the interface at Thomann against a DVC gold. Have tried it before with a second 512er, same error. Software version of the test was 24.05.2013. DVC Gold and my old DVC2 512In/Out run with same Software without problems.

Today i've seen your information on website.

... pity about the gasoline.
