hi,

it seems that a few of my scans have a problem with recieving dmx, ore the fixture file is not working properly.

a few of my scans dont know the 0 point of the color wheel, the problem it gives is that not all my scans are the same color when programming.

is there someone with the same problem? ore does someone know how to fix this?

i need some help because the fixture's are just back from a tune up.

Check if you have the same problem in the tools app. If not, the problem is in daslight. If it is still there, then is something wrong with your scans. (when the problems are by your scans, go to bax-shop.nl/forum, make an account and make a topic. There they can help you well in dutch

If you do have a problem also in the tools app, try changing your DMX timings (if your interface supports it). More information on this can be found here:
