I want to use the dvc 128 with the system HE10, I can always close keep the door contact that interests me??? there are problems???

I have a problem with DVC128 with he10 connentor, he10 is connect with the push normaly open , the problem is that every so often scenes change without anyone to press one of the buttons, the scenes are all in a continuous loop.
What can it be? interference?
