I have a 32 bit siudi 5 eco that seems to repeatedly stumble with windows XP. when I say stumble, it's red and green lights freeze for about a second every 5 or 6 seconds. when they freeze the DMX output is paused briefly.

I also have Windows 7 on the same computer which I thought was 64 bit, however it runs the Siudi5 without the freezing problem.

any ideas.??

hmm strange problem
-make sure it's the latest DVC2 ver
-update to the firmware included with this ver of DVC2

-if you still have the same issue, check on the test tab of the Hardware configuration-tools application. Does this work or do you have the same problem here?
