Show window pop out and got lost

I accidentely pressed some keyboard shortcut since the Show window got popped out as a new window, without anything in it.
I had both colorwheel and dimmer etc, and then I tried to get this popped out window to get restored, but couldn't since there was no buttons to click on in the window. So I tried pressing ESC and tried Ctrl + F4, then the window got lost totally. I had to close D4 and restart it again in order to continue.I found no option in any menu to get it back.

Lucky me I was home doing testing and bot doing any LIVE show.

Sorry I'm having a bit of difficulty totally understanding what happened with the Show Mode. There is a expand arrow to the right of the Show Mode when in full screen to expand the hidden options (see attached pic). If that's not what you mean then if you can reproduce please take a screen grab video so I can understand and help further. Kind reagrds
