Show Mode Bugs

Hello,

Thank you very much for adding the possibility to change the order of pages in the show mode, but there are two small bugs:

Screen1: If you try to move an element from one page to another everything is ok: your own page names appear in the menu.

Screen2: But if you use „Copy and Move to“ then only „Page 1“, „Page 2“, … is shown in the menu.

The following could be a consequence of the above described bug:

Screen3: I changed the positions of Song2 and Song3.

Screen4: Then I tried to copy an element from Song1 to Song3 (Page3?). It is copied to Song2.

It would be fine if you can fix it.
