Problem with flash scene

I created a scene and switched the flash mode on. When I click behind the name of the scene it does not flash. It´s an normal on off scene. But when I click in a other part of the button the flash works.

i have a scene bound to a key. when i put the scene in flash mode, and in live i press the key, the scene stays on and doesnt go off, except when i click it off with the mouse, it doesnt respond to the key.
