Feature request: Channel permanently controlled via DMX-In

Post by the-hubmaster »

Hello,

I have a request for a new feature / change in Daslight.

I would like to control some channels permanently via DMX-In. I can assign a channel from my DMX-In to a single or multiple channels in Daslight. Thats very good.
But if I click one of the three "Reset" buttons, also the setting for DMX-In on that channel gets lost. For some people this may be very helpful, but I would like to keep the DMX-In setting for the channel and reset only LTP and HTP.
In my opinion it would be a nice feature to have a general setting for the channel reset mode: "Reset all channel modes to Auto / Off" and "Reset only HTP and LTP to Auto / Off".

I think this is the same with MIDI.

Kind regards,

I am a little bit angry...

You have changed this feature back, so the DMX IN configuration for a channel is lost, when i "reset all live actions"! Too bad, I had to realise this during a show!

Please correct this, or let the user choose whether the DMX-In should be reseted or not.

I need this as soon as possible!

Hi, are you referring to the beta or the official version? (the beta has just been officialised today)

I'm referring to the latest beta (10th Feburary 2015)...

So I had to use another software Version from about one year ago, which had other bugs...
