Downloadlink dosen´t work

Hello, the Downloadlink dosen´t work. It goes to 100MB, then abort it... I´ve tryed with Firefox and Internet Explorer. Please repair. Greetings from Germany from Volker :)

Hi, clear your browsers cache and try to download again
