Problems with start from EasyRemoteApp

I use since some time DVC2.
Installed on a netbook / Windows7 home.
I like to work with EasyRemoteApp.
It works really well.

Now i have dvc3 installed and i get EasyRemoteApp does not open.
On my PC it works only on the netbook not.
Who can help me?

Is this the app on the computer or iPad?
What happens when you click the button to open the EasyRemote app?

After a short moment opens a window with the text: ' lighting control software does not work more '

Download and install the latest version of DVC3. Install it to a new folder (dont overwrite the original one).

Does this work? If not there may be a permission problem:
-Go to c:\[your Daslight folder]
-right click the icon which says DV, go to properties and select "run as administrator"

It works!

I have both versions DVC2 and DVC3 uninstall, and then installed DVC3 again.
Now, I have found that a function is missing:
"Move to XY" and "Size to"

These functions are still to come?:roll:

You can do this by holding ctrl or shift. When we developed this we removed the function from the menu, but maybe we'll add it again as ctrl and shift is not very obvious if you don't know about the function.
