DVC2 Gold (SIUDI 5a) upgrade

Hi I have tried to send a message to daslight on there home page.I used the contact tab but when i fill in the contact form and my message and then send it i get a message saying please enter product serial number,But when i try to put in the serial number there is no field to enter it so i cant send my message.seems a bit strange.Has Anyone any idea how i can contact them apart from phoning them which seems to be the only option.All i wanted to know is how to upgrade my DVC2 Gold (SIUDI 5a) to be able to run DVC3 software.I was offered a free upgrade last year to a 64bit system.Would this offer still stand and would it allow me to use DVC3 Software Any help would be appreciated.Thank You

As far as I can see there is a field for this. Which browser and version are you running? Can you send a screenshot of this please?
