Standalone working, but not with software

Hi all.

Since yesterday I have the problem that I cannot use the interface with the software. It is recognized and right DMX is being sent out, but nothing is arriving at the fixtures.
When saving a show to the interface and playing it in standalone mode all works perfectly fine.

Anybody an idea? Thanks

Hello,

Which software and which interface model are you using ? Could it be that your issue is just with a general dimmer pushed down to 0 ?
