DVC3 GZM not detected in Daslight

DVC3 GZM not detected in Daslight

Hi there fellow Daslight users,

With an update to a new lights-controlling laptop for my student's association, our previously working DVC3 GZM is not detected in Daslight 4 anymore. Through the Control Panel on a new Windows 11 laptop (and Windows 7 Ultimate on a 13 year old laptop), the DVC 3 GZM is found, and up to date. It uses a SIUDI7A 32/64bits driver.

This problem only appeared after connecting to the new laptop, and now suddenly Daslight running on either laptop do not recognise the interface.

The serial code is 106354.

Now I'm blinding myself through all forum posts previously posted on licenses/connecting through DMXsoft that I've lost track on what to do, so does anyone have any advice?

Hello fellow Daslight users,

I'm reaching out for some assistance with a recent update to a new lights-controlling laptop for our student's association. Unfortunately, we've encountered an issue where our previously working DVC3 GZM is not being detected in Daslight 4 anymore.

When checking the Control Panel on a new Windows 11 laptop (and also on an older Windows 7 Ultimate laptop), the DVC 3 GZM is found and up to date. It utilizes a SIUDI7A 32/64bits driver.
