Hi,
A brand new computer, with a brand new Windows 10, last version of Daslight 4 downloaded a couple of days ago...
First time I use a fader, boom ! The app crashes...
I had not seen that in a long time. My previous install was a W7 and a 6 months old version, never crashed , not even once.
Just saying
Cheers
The Crashing is BACK ! You touch a fader and wooosh !
Re: The Crashing is BACK ! You touch a fader and wooosh !
Hello,
Our Daslight4 software no longer supports compatibility with Windows 7, I'm afraid. Our most recent updates require technologies which break this compatibility. And these updates are now required in order to function with our latest DMX interface models.
Best regards,

Hey, just seen this. And Yes in the latest October 2022 release this (frankly ridiculously old bug) is back again...
Please fix this, i know your no longer focused on maintaining D4 but at least fix this over 2 year old bug.
Or if not, at least offer the D4 users a discount on D5, its the least you can do for years of frustrating programming that we all have had to just put up with.
