Unable to install Daslight 4 beta on Mac OS Catalina

Hello,

i tried to install the latest beta of Daslight 4 on Mac OS Catalina as you described here.
But I don’t get the "open" button at the dialog to start the the install. There only the buttons "Show in Finder" and "OK".
The security settings for apps are set to "App Store and Developer", so this can't be the reason in my opinion.

It would be nice if someone could tell me who to install the latest beta on Mac OS Catalina.

Are you sure you've tried opening it twice using "right-click -> open" process ?

Yes, please check it. The "extra security" added in Catalina is forcing you to try opening the setup file twice. It'll never work the first time.

Hi Tom,

after trying out to install Daslight 4 beta on Mac OS I found out where the problem was.

On my MacBook Pro I use PathFinder as alternative to the Mac OS Finder. When I start the installation from there and using twice the "right-click -> open" process nothing happens. If I do the same from the Mac OS Finder the security warning comes up and I can complete the installation. So it seems that the integration of PathFinder is not complete in Mac OS Catalina.
