Hello Everybody,
I’m working for an installer company in the Netherlands and i’ve done some pretty cool installs over the years.
Over the past few months there are some clients with repeating problems, we’re Daslight4 seem to disconnect from the DVC4 gold dongle.
Saw that the new beta software came out with also new firmware in Hardwaremanager, but i couldn’t find/install it.
What I’m I doing wrong?

There is another topic where someone with similar problems gets a solution from you support staff. To ask for the new yet unreleased firmware upgrade.

Sorry, I'll look into this. We'll bee releasing a new official version shortly, it'll contain all missing items.
In the mean time, did you experience any trouble using your interface ?

Didn’t install the new version yet, in the last month still some clients with overall the same issues. Over different sorts of computers most of them win WIN10, all usb power management is set correctly.
Computer seems to function but Daslight stops putting out DMX, only solution in there opinion is rebooting the computer.

With the new firmware most of the issues are solved!

Hi, for my part i confirm too that since this new upgrade no crash in edit mode, no crash on Live, no DVC4 power disconnection, i use it since the release and all work fine, thank you for this nice work
