Midi Settings LoopBe1 with Single Channel / Group Dimming

Post by smile »

I want to dim a grup of Single Channel LED Stripes via Midi.
The Midi Signal is coming from Artnet2Midi Tool and via LoopBe1 Software Midi Controller to Daslight.

Starting and stopping Scenes via this way works fine. Now I want to control directly the Dimmer of some Fixtures.
But I cant find a way out how it works.

For Example the Master Dimmer works fine with this Settings:

For the Dimmer I tried this settings, and also varius other settings.

In some Cases, the Fixture is full on or full of, but no dimming will work.

Thank you for Help or just an Idea

It works now. I had to restart Daslight for some times and then I made the following settings:
dj-server-win10@ad - AnyDesk 2020-01-10 20.18.22.png

Now I want to use this way also for RGB Channels.
I Want to control the virtual Dimmer Chanel via Midi but I didnt found where I can set this?
I can map the RGB Channels easyly, but I dont want to control the colors, but the dimmer channel.
Is there any way how to do that?

Hello,

Sorry for late answer. Glad you could figure out a way to do what you want. Sadly, there is no way to control virtual dimmer channels using MIDI/DMX consoles.

Best regards,
