Error dvc4 gzm

hey,

i bought the dvc 4 GZM, because of the artnet function,

i can only add 1 universe so i look if the interface is detected, its not running correctly so i think there is the problem with the universes i dont see..

i get a error: XHL - NAP & XHL 65

I run dvc 4 on a mac sierra, i must install this device tomorrow somewhere in europe on a windows machine, do i still get the same error there? how i fix this?

Hardware manager firmware update give a error after instal the firmware: XHL 65
the installes firmware version is 1.24

how do i fix this?, still have this problem on a windows machine?..
