WAV problems with new version

Post by cobalt2 »

Hello

with the Beta version, I could read all my WAV songs without any issue.

Since I installed the final version, most of my WAVs cannot be read correctly.

If some of them work fine, some others send a hight level white noise instead OR are played like a godzillion time too fast, making the singers sound like donald duck.... or the other way arround, way too slow.

I checked the files. 44100Hz 24bits or 16bits for all of them, either working or not.

Mp3 work just fine. But I really need the wavs to work as well ;)

Since I have not change anything in my files, I wondered if you had some changes in the sound formats the app can read, or added parameters I do not know about.

I noticed it is no longer necessary to set the correct scene length for the song to be played entirely... so I guess you changed some functionalities regarding sound. I wondered if some of the changes rendered my problem possible.

Oh, and I tried on 3 different computers... same on the 3...

thank you

Hi Stephane,

Just tested and can hear there seems to be a problem with .wav files. I have passed the details onto the developers so they can look into fixing for the next Beta.

Kind regards

Hi Stephane,

We should have a new Beta within the next couple of Months. Are you able to convert to high quality .mp3 in the mean time? Cheers
