Installation problem and error codes

I have tried to install the DVC4 from Cameo but it doesn't connect and I get alot of error codes like: XHL-NAP, XHL-65, XHL-12, XHL-25 when I try to update Hardware Manager.

Hey,

What version of the software are you installing ?
What interface are you using exactly ?
And how are you trying to update Hardware Manager ?

Hey
I have the SIUDI9B.
Software version MAy 03 2017 (17.503.8081.1221)
1.7.8-23080-SVN (MAR 21 2017)

I'm clicking on the device in the Hardware Manager and the message box appears that says "Update Hardware Manager or contact mnufacturor. Error code- XHL-NAP.
But I can't update anything and different error codes appears every time I try to fix the problem.

I have Windows 8 OS.

These error messages appear when there is a problem with the interface. Please engage an RMA procedure from our website : https://store.daslight.com/fr/repair.

I'm really sorry but I don't have the time for you to respond on my questions once a day.
I need to solve this problem much quicker.
The unit hasn't been worjing since I got it.
Either you provide me with a telephone number for quick support or i send the unit back due
to lack of support.
