Midi Bass-Drum Flash Mode

Is it possible to use a bass drum midi signal to drive a headlamp in the flash mode or to step a step in a scene? That would be wonderful!!

Yes you should be able to Map the drum depending on what signal Midi signal it sends. Check the link to the Midi part of the user manual. http://www.daslight.com/manuals/#/en/da ... /live/midi

or to step a step in a scene?

It's not possible to map a midi command to a step however this is a nice idea that could be considered for a future Daslight version. A work around would be to put all your steps into separate Scenes in a Group and map a Midi command to the next button (highlighted in the image below) to switch between the Scenes.
