Laser Rendering

Post by H&R Productions »

I've been working with the DVC2 software for about a month now and I have been trying to setup lasers but when I view them in the 3D viewer they just look like ordinary lights (no laser beams). Is this just a limitation of the 3D Viewers rendering capabilities or should I actually be seeing the laser beams as they would look in a live show?

Does anyone know how to make this work or have an example they can send me or post to the forum for testing/learning?

Thanks,
Andre

Yep, it's a limitation of the software. Most lasers are setup with a wide beam, you might be able to use the scanlibrary program and change the beam angle.
