How to set all channels from one fixture in one time ?

Post by Gregory_D »

Hi,
I wonder if there is an easy and fast way to set all dmx channels of one (or more fixture, selecting them on fixture view) in one time ?

For example, Showtec Sunstrip Active DMX in 10 channels, have 10 lamps per fixture you can dimm each.
If i don't want to use an effect generator on them, want to create a still scene, and if i just want to set all lamps to 30% eg. , i need to set each dimmer fader to 30% manually, entering the value, or with mouse scroll, etc... but i need to do it for each channels, so 10 times.
It seems the MAJ+click or CTRL+click to select multiple faders and set their value in one time doesn't work.

So is there any way to to it faster ?

Thx, and have a good holiday for those who have.

Hi,
it should be possible to do that...
- select the general button
- select the palette button
- select the fixture (beams)
than you are able to use the dimmer as an general dimmer for all beams, have a look on the picture below.
