DVC 4 GZM not working
Hi everyone, I recently bought a GZM DVC4 controller, second hand initially when I connected it to the MAC it worked in the sense that the display turned on and stayed OFF, I opened the DashLight interface and saw that it recognizes it but it was not active in hardware. I removed the USB plug and connected it again, but to my surprise, only the yellow and red LEDs at low intensity remained lit. I searched for information and found out that this problem can only be solved by issuing a support ticket. I tried to make a ticket but I don't have a serial number on the device. Can someone help me ? Thank you in advance.
