Hi I have an LED dance floor that has 28ch
the channels are 9 sets of RGB, 1 dimmer, 3 effect
When I try to create a fixture with Scanlibrary I can only get 1 set of RGB to work, the other 8 sets do not show the colour only a question mark instead of the red green blue icons. Is there a way of creating this fixture or do I have to just create 9 RGB fixtures and control the floor that way.

DVC2 does not properly support multibeam, DVC3 will handle multibeam (but the 3D will not for now)

There are two PE 250 and FE 250 devices on the main website. There is also a DMX Proticols item on the website. After clicking on the protocol you will receive a full description of the channels of your device. Using this information and the Scanlibrary Editor program, you can make a device profile
