Does anybody is able to help me with a fixture problem? I have three Stairville LED Bars 240/8 and i would like to use them in a 24 Channel Mode. Unfortunately, i have not found a fixture in the library for this mode. Only the 2CH is provided and i am not familiar with the fixture create software .
Would anybody be so kind to create a fixture for the 24Ch mode?
You can request for a fixture to be created on the Daslight website.
Here is the procedure to search for a SSL library or apply a request.
- Log on to the customer area store.daslight.com/en/ssl
- Search if your projector is available
- If you can not find the fixture profile that you want, click "New fixture request"
- Follow the instructions and do not forget to attach the technical documentation of the fixture.
