Stairville LED Flood TRI Panel 7x3W RGB

Hello,
sorry but i'm new to Daslight. I have an Daslight DVC2 128, and now i bought 4 Stairville LED Flood TRI Panel 7x3W RGB.

Is it possible to create simple Scenes in Daslight. I only want to dimm them, and use some effects like rainbow or strobe.
