Hi,

I'm new to dasligth and creating a show when smooth thanks to the tutorial video's. But when I saved my show to a file, and reopened the file the next day, EasyView2 (3D) was freaking out. It did not show the correct colours, even the simple 'beam on' scene made my moving heads freak out. In daylight itself however, it's still showing the correct colours and fader movements...

In the attached screenshot you can see my macbook specs and a screenshot of the show with scene 'pink colour' while the easy view is showing a yellow colour. (It's a bit difficult to point out this problem on a screenshot and (had to place 2 screenshots, couldn't upload one big screenshot because of the file size...)

So when I start a new show... Everything works fine, but when I want to open a saved show, easyview starts freaking out. In the easy view you can also see the grid with the values it's receiving. These values also seem correct.


Anyone with some ideas would be great? Many thanks in advance!

Are you using the latest version of Daslight4 and EasyView 2 ?

Yes, downloaded it from the site yesterday...
Even did a reinstall with another download from the site (not sure why but was a bit desperate...)

I showed this issue to another daslight user with the same fixtures (same moving heads - showtec phantom 65) and he never encountered this problem. Is it possible this is a hardware (macbook pro problem?). Or is there something wrong with the newest EasyView2 installation which is available on the website? I don't know anymore… I tried everything I could and I'm out of options for trial and error testing.

Any other thoughts would be welcome please! Thanks

Could you confirm that this only happens after you reloaded a saved show ?
We might have found the cause of this problem but I really wish to make sure this only happens after you reloaded a showfile.

Yes, only when I reload a saved file.
When I open daslight and I start building a new show, it's all working correct. When I save the file and reload it, it's freaking out again!
