Pixpan16 in EasyView2

Post by EnzoPi »

Hi, I have to control two Pixpan16 of the Prolights and are programmed for 48 ch. I tried the EasyView2 program in different LED modes, PANN mode etc, but I can not see the individual lamps. I would need suggestions.
Thank you

Hi EnzoPi, Just had a quick search and cannot find that profiel in our library. Are you using a profile you have created yourself? If you cannot see the individual beams it normally means the beam count of the fixture profile has not been set-up correctly.

See below for instructions on how to get a profile created / fixed.

To make a new fixture profile request :
- Log on to the customer area http://store.daslight.com/ssl
- Search for the required fixture profile
- If not found click "New fixture request” or click the red ‘Report’ button to the right of your fixture profile in the results list if you wish to repair an existing profile.
- Follow the instructions and do not forget to attach the technical documentation of the fixture.

Please note : if you do not have an account you will need to create one to submit a request.

Thank you for the reply
The request was sent in July, but no one answered me.
In the store link, it did not exist.
However I created it myself. It works but I'm not 100% sure of some data.
Thanks again
