HELP !! Show Upload Error

Good morning. I need help .

I have a problem with Virtual 3D Simulator. When opening the program, this error comes out, attached photo, screenshot:

Use Daslight DVC3. I just bought a new computer. Intel i7 top, 32 gb ram and 8 gb video Radeon Sapphire RX 480.

The daslight works great. You try to load a sample show and the 3D program is blocked.

Install several versions of DVC3 and with all the error goes out and the program is blocked. When locked, it does not close. You have to use `` finish task '' of windows to close the program.

Tested on windows 7 and windows 10. With the same results.
Tested with DVC4, but DVC4 is not compatible with my show.

I also have a Mac book Pro i7 3Ghz. So far everything works very well. I try to load the show on the new pc and the error comes out.

Error found. Solved.
Software installer left empty 3D folders. Copy the macbook pro program installation folders to the new pc. Now it works .
