Bug 1:
Easy View Beta 2 does not work with my laptop assus MODEL K73SV I7 video card NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 540 M.
Opening possible on my desktop PC with a video card GeForce GTX 980, but with a lot of bugs.
More details on what exactly is not working would help

Bug 2:
HQPOWER GALAXY VDP250MH6_2 do not light up in the 3D view.
There was a problem with how the fixture prifle was created. I have modified the fixture so it should work okay now. As you don't have a dimmer channel just makes sure the channel 4 Gobo is set to open.

Bug 3:
The prisms are not working in the 3D view with my INVOLIGHT LEDSMH50S
Prism functionally has not been implemented as yet and will follow in a later Beta

Bug 4:
The gobos 2 colors do not work in the 3D view with my INVOLIGHT LEDSMH50S
When you say it's not working do you mean it's different in the 3D visualiser to what it actually showing in real life? My advice would be to compare the fixture manual against the profile in the Scan Library editor to see if anything is set up correctly

Hope that helps.

Hello Benno
Thank you for your reply.

Bug 1:
There was an error message at the opening of Easy View 2 Beta.
The problem was resolved after updating the driver of the graphics card GeForce 375.70 Drivers Game Ready version of October 28, 2016.

Bug 2:
Thank you for ssl2 file change, but the display in the 3D view is still not in line with reality.
Watch the video with your new file.
https://youtu.be/DtYtqIwI7P8
For example it is impossible to open the triangle gobo or gobo open after turning off the projector.
The file of this projector works perfectly in 3D simulator with DVC3.

Bug 3:
OK thanks. I looked forward to the future version.

Bug 4:
OK Operation on the spotlight. There are no two colors in the view 3 D. The problem is visible in my earlier video.

Correction Request 1
Can we have the choice to open 3D simulator (which works fine) or Easy View Beta 2?

Thanks a lot for your help.
Cordially.

Hi Philippe,

Bug 2: I understand what you mean now. This is a bug in the 3D viewer and I have passed on the details to the developers so the can investigate and fix in a future release.

Bug 4: Half colours have not been implemented just yet. They will be fully functional in a future beta. I've just looked at the INVOLIGHT LEDSMH50S fixture profile and the shutter channels was closed as default. I've modified this in the attached profile.

Correction Request 1 : Unfortuately the different versions are not interchangeable with Daslight.

Hello and Happy New Year to the whole team.

Continuation of my discovery of BUGS in 3D.

BUG 05:
If you select in the preferences (Open 3D file), when opening a DVC4 file, you do not open the 3D file linked to the DVC4 file.

BUG 06:
In 3D, the file name does not appear at the top of the window as in the DVC4 window.

BUG 07:
In 3D the position of the 3D view in the window does not register.

BUG 08:
In 3D imported objects registers well but its invisible after opening the file in the 3D view.

Small video for BUGS 6,7 AND 8:

Hello
Is there a particular place where we need to save our files on the computer?
In dvc3 there were EsayView_data, ScanLibrary and Light projects. D
In DVC4 there is EsasyVieuw2, ScanLibrary but not Light projects.
Maybe a track to answer my problems (bugs 5/7 and 8).
Thank you
cordially
Philippe

Thanks for the feedback and the clear video reporting the bugs, it helped a lot.
If you select in the preferences (Open 3D file), when opening a DVC4 file, you do not open the 3D file linked to the DVC4 file.
BUG 05:I have passed this on to the developers to consider changing for the future.
BUG 06:
In 3D, the file name does not appear at the top of the window as in the DVC4 window.
This seems to only happen on windows. I have reported this to the developers.
BUG 07:
In 3D the position of the 3D view in the window does not register.
I have reported this to the developers.
BUG 08:
In 3D imported objects registers well but its invisible after opening the file in the 3D view.
This has already been reported and will be fixed in the next version.
Is there a particular place where we need to save our files on the computer?
There is no special place you need to save your showfiles. You can create a folder called Light projects if you want to keep them all together.
